So, in my latest attempt to stall from the Dark World cross-stitch (which will get finished some day, I promise), I decided to tackle yet another Destiny project. Absolutely shocking, I know!
A couple of weeks ago, @cgbarrett over on Twitter posted a picture of the Guardians in 8-bit form. And we all know how 8-bit awesomeness coverts to cross-stitching perfectly, right? So, yeah, resistance was futile. I knew I was going to make them as soon as I saw the picture.
Making the charts were a breeze because, again, 8-bit anything is perfect for cross-stitching. Each little guy took about 2.5-3 hours to make and they actually ended up looking awesome and adorable and nothing like the cross-stitch of doom.
So, go praise Oryx for his awesome work which inspired me to make something awesome. 😀 😀
